Maternity Swimwear: Try a Bikini or One-Piece
During pregnancy, finding perfect maternity swimsuits can seem a bit daunting, as there are many factors to consider. Comfort, functionality, and fit are all equally important, as is finding a swimsuit that reflects your personal style. Maternity swimwear is designed for your pregnancy body with extra stretchy material, supportive busts, and plenty of room for your baby belly to grow. This season, both bikinis and one piece swimsuits have been incredibly popular with expectant mothers everywhere, as they combine function and fashion into one.
If one is comfortable showing some skin, bikinis are a great option for expectant mothers. Oftentimes women feel as if they should not show so much skin during pregnancy, but this is no longer the case. Pregnancy is a beautiful time in one's life, and something to be honored and shown off. If you feel comfortable in a maternity bikini, go for it! Maternity bikinis are great as they allow plenty of room for one's baby belly to grow, ensuring that you will not fee constricted. With bikini bottoms that sit below one's baby bump, they provide the needed coverage while maintaining a high level of comfort. For a cute and comfy option, the Black Dot Bikini from Prego Maternity is the perfect choice. Designed with super stretchy fabric to fit you throughout all stages of your pregnancy, this maternity bikini is incredibly comfortable. It has adjustable padded halter top ties at the neck and back, allowing you to adjust it perfectly to your body. The bust culminates with a rectangular ring at its center, which is super stylish and creates a gorgeous bust line. The support is provided by the halter tie and light padding. Paired with matching polka dot bottoms, it is perfect for the pool or beach. For a twist on the classic bikini, Maternal America's Bandeau Bikini is a beautiful and stylish option. In a gorgeous deep orange, it has a unique design that is very eye catching. The bikini top has a very gentle heart like shape and ties at the neck with adjustable ties. With light padding, a smooth look is created. Its bandeau bottom fits comfortably under the belly, providing that bit of extra coverage that many women prefer. Wearing a bikini during pregnancy is fashionable and functional, and is a great option for expectant mothers. Choose one in which you feel comfortable and confident for a fun and relaxing day at the water.
If a bikini is not your style, a one piece is another fabulous option. Contrary to popular belief, a one piece is just as sexy and stylish as a bikini. They are a good option for a variety of reasons. They provide excellent support for the active swimmer, ensuring that you can be incredibly active while remaining comfortable. They also are incredibly stylish, designed with unique detailing to truly make you stand out. One brand new option this season is the Martha Tankini from Maternal America. This gorgeous one piece, in a rich chocolate brown, is incredibly flattering. The adjustable halter ties are accented with beautiful beading, culminating at a sexy O-ring at the bust. The ruching at the bust is very flattering, creating a gorgeous shape. Whether laying by the pool or splashing in the waves, you are sure to be comfortable and confident in this absolutely beautiful swimsuit. For the very active swimmer, the Jade Empire Tank from Prego Maternity is the perfect option. In its rich jewel tone, it compliments everybody's coloring. The wide adjustable shoulder straps and hook back bra provide excellent bust support, while the empire waist design is very figure flattering. With super stretchy fabric, there is plenty of room for your baby belly to grow. From swimming laps in the pool to kayaking on the ocean, this maternity swimsuit will keep you feeling gorgeous and allow you to accomplish all your activities.
From bikinis to one pieces, there is a multitude of maternity swimwear to choose from. Make sure to choose one that stays true to your personal style and needs, as it is your confidence that will make you truly look and feel your best. Also, a suit that provides the bust support you need while showing off your personal style is very important. From the one's back yard to the beach, there are many options available to meet all of your needs.

Am I OK to wear a bikini, or do I need to lose weight?
Hi. My friends are going to the beach next week, and I want to wear a 2 piece bikini. One of my mates said I look fat in it cause my rolls nearly cover up the bottom part, but said I should wear it if it doesn't bother me.
In a day I have: 2 bacon sandwiches for breakfast. For lunch I have a pack of crisps, 2 chocolate bars, a sandwich and a bottle of coke. After school I go with my friends to Mcdonalds and have 2 bigs macs and 2 large fries, and then have 2 packs of chocolate chip cookies before I go to bed. I have about 3500 calories a day. I'm 14, 5'3 and weigh 240 pounds.
I don't exercise much and don't really want to eat less or lose weight, and am comfortable in the bikini. I have some fat rolls but they don't bother me. Should I wear the bikini anyway without losing weight, or do I need to lose the rolls first? I don't think I could lose any weight before going anyway.
its your body! do what you want, yes your not a model but that doesnt mean you need to compromise who you are
although, if u do feel self-consience, consider eating healthier meals and maybe running a little everyday
example-
breakfast=scrambled eggs and bacon with some fruit
lunch=sandwich, crisps, and some fruit (you can lose about ten pounds alone cutting out candy and soda)
after school= get a chicken sandwich and small fries
and eat an apple or chocolate covered strawberries before bed
and i promise that roll problem will be much much better if not gone completely
